Marjolein Bastin's dinnerware is perhaps the most refined dinnerware in our brand portfolio. The beautiful prints are inspired by the beauty of nature. Everything that crawls, flies, grows and blooms in her garden is a true source of inspiration for her. It is precisely the details that are overlooked by most people that they like to bring out. And that results in refined and detailed crockery, which would not look out of place on your kitchen table.
Marjolein Bastin's tableware is made of high-quality porcelain. It is practical, sturdy and timeless. The sturdiness of the tableware makes it ideal for daily use. Despite the firmness, it is a very fine and subtle tableware. And because of Marjolein's handmade paintings, no tableware is identical.
At least three types of raw materials are used to achieve high-quality porcelain: quartz, kaolin and feldspar. After the crockery has been formed using a turntable and molds, a drying process of three months follows. The crockery is baked twice in this. The raw materials are baked at extremely high temperatures, which makes the crockery so sturdy. After various quality tests, the service is ready to be painted.
The different collections of Marjolein Bastin all have one thing in common: they are fresh and light. With tableware from this pure brand you experience all love: the love that Marjolein has put into the service, which she passes on to you.
Marjolein Bastin has three different collections. There is the Wildflowers Collection, the Tweet & Whistle Collection and the Hummingbird Collection. All inspired by the wonders of nature and designed in beautiful porcelain and fine paintings. With crockery from this elegant brand, every morning it seems as if you are having breakfast in a chic hotel lobby. Who doesn't want that? Read more >
